**Digidentity introduces eHerkenning without KVK registration.**

Need eHerkenning but don’t have a registration at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK)? We can help you if your company or organisation is known to the Belastingdienst and has a Dutch Fiscal Number (FI-nr).

Next to this, to purchase eHerkenning without KVK you only have to bring:

· A smartphone with internet.

· A valid Identity Document (passport, driving license, identity card) .

· A document which proves that you are authorised to represent your company or organisation. During registration we will contact you and help you to provide the necessary evidence.


**Chain authorisations**

With a chain authorisation you can authorise an intermediary company to act on your behalf, e.g. for tax declarations. To ensure the security and validity of these authorisations, we offer chain authorisations only to organisations having a KVK registration.

eHerkenning without KVK

**Snel en eenvoudig eHerkenning aanvragen, ook zonder KVK-inschrijving.**

Tot voor kort was het niet mogelijk om eHerkenning aan te vragen zonder een inschrijving bij de Kamer van Koophandel (KVK). En het was ook niet nodig, omdat bedrijven en organisaties zonder KVK-inschrijving nog terecht konden op het oude ondernemersportaal van de Belastingdienst (het PDO). Echter, nu dit portaal per 1 juli 2024 is gesloten moet iedereen gebruik maken van Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk (MBDZ). En daarvoor is eHerkenning nodig. Bij Digidentity is het aanvragen van eHerkenning zonder KVK-inschrijving net zo makkelijk als voor een regulier bedrijf. Het enige verschil is dat we voor de aanvraag het Fiscaal Nummer (FI-nr) nodig hebben waarmee uw organisatie bekend is bij de Belastingdienst. Zorg ervoor dat u dit nummer bij de hand hebt.


**Ketenmachtigingen zonder KVK-inschrijving**

Met een ketenmachtiging machtigt u een andere partij - bijvoorbeeld een fiscaal dienstverlener - om namens u te handelen, bijvoorbeeld bij de Belastingdienst. Om de betrouwbaarheid van dergelijke machtigingen te kunnen garanderen registreren wij ketenmachtigingen alleen voor organisaties die ingeschreven staan bij de Kamer van Koophandel.

After your identity has been verified, you need to provide your organisation’s Dutch Fiscal Number (FI-nr) and you will have to prove that you are authorised to represent your organisation.

Once the information provided has been processed, your account is ready to use and you can log in at the Belastingdienst. If you need to represent multiple companies, no problem! Simply add more companies through your existing account via our Self-Service Portal (SSP).
