Request eHerkenning
Identity verification:
Provide your personal details, scan the NFC chip in your ID and take a selfie. We will check your details are correct, if you are a real person and if you are the same person as the one in the ID.
Company verification and authorisation:
After your identity has been verified, you need to provide your organisation’s details and we will check if you are authorised to act on their behalf. We may request a signatory list in the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) to upload an ID document and take a selfie.
Ready to use:
Once the information has been processed, your account is ready to be used and you can log in with government service or insurers. If you need to represent multiple companies, no problem! Simply add more companies through your existing account via our Self-Service Portal (SSP).

Which level eHerkenning do I need?
There are several levels of eHerkenning available. Which level you need depends on the requirements from the organisation you want to log in to.
What is a company adminstrator?
Organisations can assign an Administrator and allow them to update company details, view invoices, manage users and purchase services.
What is a chain authorisation?
In some cases you need to authorise another company to act on your behalf. For example, you can authorise your accountancy firm or fulfillment partner.
